Zerust®/Excor® ICT®520-HS High-Strength VCI film is less likely to puncture or tear compared with traditional polyethylene film, so it is especially suited for applications that have demanding corrosion protection requirements. Use to protect export shipments and items that are heavy or with rough edges. Zerust® ICT®520-HS film is available in ferrous, non-ferrous, and multimetal corrosion protection formulations. Zerust® High-strength VCI film is also available with flame retardant properties by special order.

Zerust® VCI packaging film diffuses proprietary Zerust® VCIs (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors) to protect metals for years. For additional protection and for use in challenging environments, packaging may be used with Zerust® corrosion inhibitor liquid RPs and VCI diffuser products.
